Certificate (electronic) – free of charge.

One article is entitled to one free certificate, regardless of the number of co-authors.

Publication certificate – free of charge.

Electronic version of the journal – free of charge.

Placement in eLIBRARY.RU (RSCI) – free of charge.

Payment methods

For publication, the author must:

• Format the article in accordance with the requirements for articles.
• Send an email to nxxivek@inbox.ru with a cover letter indicating the author’s name, the title of the article, the email address, and the payment receipt. Along with the cover letter, the article text must be sent as an attached file in accordance with the requirements. The file name should consist of the author’s name and the title of the article.
• Receive an email confirmation of your payment and the submission of the article to the Editorial Office.

Within 2 to 3 days, the Editorial Board checks the article for originality, and if it meets all the requirements, it decides to publish it and notifies the Author by email (the Editorial Board sends the Author a Certificate of Acceptance for Publication).

After the issue of the journal, the author receives a certificate of publication of the article.

Electronic versions of articles are placed in the “Issues” section on the day of the next issue and on the website of the Scientific Electronic Library (elibrary.ru) within two weeks.

The editorial board has the right to withdraw a previously published article from publication (retract) for the following reasons: detection of incorrect borrowings (plagiarism) in the publication; duplication of the article in several publications; self-plagiarism with a large

the volume of repeatability of research results and text already published in other publications; the discovery of serious errors in the article, which casts doubt on its scientific value; an incorrect list of authors (the absence of someone who is worthy to be an author, the inclusion of individuals who do not meet the criteria for authorship); a hidden conflict of interest. The article’s withdrawal (retraction) is carried out at the initiative of the editorial office or upon the author(s)’ or other initiators’ official request to the editorial office of the journal to report the identified violations. When withdrawing articles from publication (retracting) the editorial office adheres to the Rules for withdrawing (retracting / retracting)
